Chief People and Technology Officer, Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen

Stan StoutStan F. Stout became chief people and technology officer of Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen in 2005.

Mr. Stout served AFC Enterprises, Inc., the parent company of Popeyes, for 14 years in various roles as chief people services officer from 2003 to 2005, vice president of people services for Cinnabon from 2002 to 2003, vice president of shared services from 1998 to 2002 and director of people services from 1995 to 1998.

During his tenure, Mr. Stout reengineered AFC's shared service center, designed and implemented the employee call center, rebuilt the compensation system and led the selection and implementation of the HRIS system.

From 1985 to 1995, Mr. Stout worked at Dun and Bradstreet in various human resource and business unit leadership positions. While at Dun and Bradstreet, he led two global reengineering initiatives and designed and launched a global training and development business unit.

Mr. Stout received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Chattanooga and completed an Executive Development Program at the University of Wisconsin.
